Mowing

Grass will be mowed weekly during the summer, rainy season, and bi-weekly in the winter.

Edging & Weedeating

Side-walks and flower beds will be edged every cut. Any bordering objects (such as light poles, fire hydrants, etc.) will be weedeated to provide a nice, fluid consistency.

Hedges

Hedges and bushes will be trimmed to maintain a close cut.

Blowing

Any dirt, debris, leaves, clippings, and excess grass will be blown from the street and sidewalks to maintain a clean appearance.
